Terms and Conditions

D.W Detailing is a mobile valeting and detailing service right on your doorstep or place of work within the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire area. With that being said, we require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power and access to an outside tap for our pressure washer. (If they cannot be provided, you are welcome to bring your vehicle to me). 

We also require a safe place to work. If your vehicle is parked on a small or busy road, on a main road or in a pay and display car park, we will NOT be able to work. (If you have any concerns regarding these requirements, please get in touch and we can try to arrange something for you). 

Our prices are listed to be advertised as a starting price for our services. Please ensure to make us aware before booking if your vehicle has any excessive mud, pet hair, mould, or any bodily fluids so we can allow more time for your vehicle. If we are not informed, additional charges will apply.

Maintenance:

• D.W Detailing will only honour maintenance monthly. Anything over a month isn’t maintenance to us. 

• If you have had a busy month or had an unfortunate incident of some sort in your vehicle, please ensure to give us enough notice so we can amend or allocate more time to your booking. 

Payments:

• Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is paid.
• Deposits are paid direct to D.W Detailing via bank transfer.  
• Deposits are up to 50% of the price for the chosen service/package.
• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. 
• If we must cancel due to weather conditions, machine failure or due to an unfortunate incident, we will rearrange the booking within 2 weeks of the original date. If we fail to do so, you will be given a full refund of your deposit. 

Prior to confirmed booking date: 

• Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle(s) before we arrive.
• D.W Detailing will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst work is being carried out. 
• Valeting times are an estimation only. (Every vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the required service)  
• All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the client’s own risk.
• D.W Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with their service if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.
• D.W Detailing also reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked service. 

Every booking is an agreement to these terms and conditions.
